Repair Estimates & Timing
Your timepiece will be evaluated by the appropriate watchmaker for a detailed repair cost estimate. The estimate will be based on:
- Replacement of any worn or damaged components
- Lubrication of the movement
- Gasket replacement
- Full movement calibration
(Please allow 14 business days for a repair estimate (or 3-4 weeks for watches sent back to the manufacturer). Once you have approved the repair, please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for completion.
* Please note: Bracelet adjustments for watches not purchased from Marshall Pierce & Company may incur additional charges depending on the scope of work.

Appraisals
Marshall Pierce & Company offers Insurance & Estate Appraisals for pieces that were purchased through Marshall Pierce. We have a passion for evaluating antique jewelry, vintage watches, family heirlooms or any other valuables. We will provide you with an itemized appraisal detailing the specific details of each piece. The appraised value of each piece is based on current market prices & replacement costs. Fees for Appraisals are as follows:
- Up to 4 items – $65 per piece
- Five items or more will – $250 charge per hour
- For updates on two or less items: $25 flat fee

Estate Purchases
Jewelry & Timepieces
Marshall Pierce & Company has a passion for estate jewelry and watches and is always interested in purchasing quality pieces. You may sell your pieces for cash or trade them for store credit. Store credits will be valued at 10% over the cash value.
Old Gold
Marshall Pierce & Company provides the most competitive purchase prices for your old gold. You may sell your gold for cash or trade the gold in for store credit. Store credits will be valued at 10% over the cash value.
Insurance Replacement
Marshall Pierce & Company works with a number of insurance companies to replace lost, stolen or damaged valuables. Please inquire for details.
