Price & Availability

We cannot guarantee the immediate availability of any product shown on our website. In the event a product is out of stock the availability will be based on the current inventory of a particular vendor. Prices are based on the suggested retail set forth by our vendors and are subject to change.

Insurance Policies

Any item shipped by Marshall Pierce & Company is insured until the package has been signed for. For insurance reasons, any package shipped by Marshall Pierce & Company requires a signature upon delivery. No Exceptions. Once a package is signed for the contents are no longer insured by Marshall Pierce & Company. We suggest having all of you valuables covered by a Homeowner’s Insurance Policy. Marshall Pierce & Company will be happy to provide an Insurance Appraisal for your insurance company’s reference.

Taxes

Marshall Pierce & Company will collect Sales Tax (10.25%) for any sale in Illinois. Marshall Pierce & Company insists you follow all Interstate Commerce Tax Laws.
