Marshall Pierce & Company is the purveyor of jewels and timepieces made by the finest manufactures in our industry. If you would like to place an order, or have any questions about products shown on our website, please contact our sales staff.
PRICE & AVAILABLITY
We cannot guarantee the immediate availability of any product shown on our website. In the event a product is out of stock the availability will be based on the current inventory of a particular vendor. Prices are based on the suggested retail set forth by our vendors and are subject to change.
SHIPPING
Marshall Pierce & Company will ship orders anywhere within the Continental U.S. Your choice of UPS or FedEx can be used. For high-value packages we offer armored car delivery. For insurance reasons, any package shipped by Marshall Pierce & Company requires a signature upon delivery, No Exceptions. Shipping charges apply and vary depending on destination and shipping method. The deadline for shipping any package is 4:00pm, daily. Any orders placed after 4:00pm will be shipped the following business day. Availability of Saturday delivery is based on destination and is subject to additional charges. Please call Marshall Pierce & Company to confirm Saturday delivery is available for your order. No packages will be shipped to a PO Box or held at a post office or shipping center for pickup.
INSURANCE POLICIES
Any item shipped by Marshall Pierce & Company is insured until the package has been signed for. For insurance reasons, any package shipped by Marshall Pierce & Company requires a signature upon delivery. No Exceptions. Once a package is signed for the contents are no longer insured by Marshall Pierce & Company. We suggest having all of you valuables covered by a Homeowner’s Insurance Policy. Marshall Pierce & Company will be happy to provide an Insurance Appraisal for your insurance company's reference.
TAXES
Marshall Pierce & Company will collect Sales Tax (9.50%) for any sale in Illinois. Marshall Pierce & Company insists you follow all Interstate Commerce Tax Laws.
RETURN POLICY
Marshall Pierce & Company will offer a full refund for any product within 30 days of purchase, so long as the product has not been used or worn and is in the original packaging with all paperwork. After 30 days, or if the product shows any signs of wear, items are returnable for store credit only. Marshall Pierce & Company reserves the right to identify any signs of wear.
