Evan Bern joined Marshall Pierce & Company in 2009 as the seventh consecutive generation of the Bern family to work in the jewelry industry. Evan graduated from John Carroll University, in 2008. Soon after, he acquired his Graduate Gemology Degree from GIA, Carlsbad in early 2009. He served as President of the GIA Alumni Greater Chicagoland Chapter (2010-2011) and is currently on the 100 Club of Chicago JR Board. After managing Marshall Pierce on Michigan Ave. for two years he is now the office manager of Marshall Pierce on Madison St.

Ashley, Manager of Marshall Pierce & Company on Michigan Ave., grew up around the jewelry industry. Watching her grandmother, a Goldsmith, fabricate and sell jewelry sealed her love for the industry. After graduating from Notre Dame, Ashley worked with several notable Chicago jewelers before joining Marshall Pierce & Company in 2010. She will finish her studies with G.I.A. this year, earning her Graduate Gemology Degree.

Natalie joined the Marshall Pierce & Company team in 2011. She is graduating from DePaul University in May 2012 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Sales Leadership. She has been involved with jewelry since the age of seventeen and has fallen in love with the industry. She plans to attend the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, CA and further pursue her passion.

Ken Lewin is a third generation jeweler. He joined Marshall Pierce & Company in 2009 after serving private clients, as an owner of Goldin Jewelers, for nearly 40 years. Ken has extensive experience in all aspects of fine jewelry, as well as gem and semi-precious stones. Since joining Marshall Pierce & Company Ken has expanded his knowledge of fine Swiss watches, even joining the Mont Blanc family as a brand Ambassador.

Jim, known as "The Professor", joined Marshall Pierce & Company in 2007 as an Insurance Replacement Specialist - a field he has been working in since 1994. He is a Certified Gemologist with the American Gem Society and is the President of the AGS Chicago Chapter. Also, he is a resource for the "Dow Jones - Irwin Guide to Fine Gems & Jewelry". Jim is well versed in the all aspects of our industry having worked in Wholesale and Manufacturing for nearly 19 years.

Linda is the newest member of the sales team. She earned her Graduate Gemologist degree in 1984 and began her career in jewelry as a sales associate, designer and appraiser at Carteaux, Inc. Jewelers, a fine Chicago jeweler for many years. She looks forward to serving clients in all aspects of jewelry sales and design at our Michigan Ave. location.
